You cross a winding road and looking around you see painted capitals that lead the way to one of the most beautiful and scenic spots in the Valbelluna.
From here you can see the Belluno Dolomites, the pale mountains are the silent guardians of the Solaris grapes from which Derù is made.

Organoleptic characteristics: brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. Fine perlage. Creamy and persistent mousse. Fresh aroma with characteristic tropical fruitiness. Dry and savoury mineral taste with excellent persistence on the palate. Bottle always stored upright in a cool, ventilated place.
Serving temperature: 4-5°C
Food pairings: ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with fresh hors d’oeuvres, battered vegetables, fried fish, first courses and fish-based main courses.
