That play with the light are reminiscent of a magical spell. If “le sorti -the fates” are a mystery, that of ‘Le Sort’ is not magic, but a refined combination of Cabernet Cortis and Prior grapes, both PIWI varieties.

Significant tannins, a marked acidity, length and persistence are the characteristics of this IGT Veneto, which with strength and bursting looks for dishes with equally strong and biting scents.
Vinification: in red with soft pressing. The crushed grapes are fermented in French oak tonneaux according to the vinification integral method for 15 days with continuous pumping over.
At the end of fermentation, the tonneaux are topped up and a two-month post-fermentation maceration is carried out, during which the malolactic fermentation is also completed.
After racking, the resulting wine is poured back into tonneaux for further ageing.
Maturation: minimum 6 months in 400 l French oak tonneaux (Tonnellerie Baron)

Vinous and slightly herbaceous scent with hints of red fruits, blackberry, cherry with spicy notes on the finish.
